Pastor Jared Raebel was born on November 28, 1959. Pastor Raebel graduated from Lafayette High School, Red Lake Falls, MN. in 1978. He attended Bemidji State University in Bemidji, MN. for one year before transferring to Concordia College St. Paul, St. Paul, MN. In 1982, he graduated from Concordia with a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education with a Physical Education concentration. In the fall of 1982, he taught 7th grade at Trinity Lutheran in Davenport, IA.
In the fall of 1983, he enrolled at Concordia Seminary, St. Louis, MO. He graduated from there with a Master of Divinity degree in 1987. He is now working on a Sacred Theology Masters through Concordia Seminary St. Louis.
Pastor Raebel was installed at Faith in June of 1987. In 1989, he married Cecilia Paulma. They have two children, Micah, born, March 14, 1990 and Seth, born February 3, 1993.
His usual office hours are from 8:00 a.m to 12:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday. OUR PRESCHOOL TEACHER/ADMINISTRATOR
Mrs. Tera Lewandowski serves Faith as its Preschool Teacher/Administrator. She is from Elgin, Illinois. She started her service at Faith in 2010. She graduated from Concordia Mequon with a degree in Early Childhood Education in 2010. She also plays the organ and conducts Faith's handbell choir.
OUR PARISH NURSE
Mrs. Terry Postma is an RN and works at Porter Hospital specializing in wound treatment. Her experience and love for the Lord makes her highly qualified to attend to the physical and spiritual needs of our parishioners. She stands ready to answer any medical questions she can.
OUR FAMILY LIFE DIRECTOR
Ms. Erica Stephen has been serving as our family life director since September 1, 2013. She has experience dealing with youth. Erica is in charge of our education, youth ministries, family life activities, and small groups.
Deaconess Karen Eck received her deaconess degree from Concordia Theological Seminary in Fort Wayne. She enjoys sharing the Word of God and visiting the elderly, hospitalized and shut-ins. Karen leads the small group Faithful Crafters on Wednesdays. This group gathers for fellowship and ministry. Before she became a deaconess, she worked at the oncology department as an RN. Her past mission in Africa and her vocation have trained her well in her new vocation.
